Thank you for your interest in my custom-made Mah Jongg pen lanyards.

1) Print out the PDF Order Form above for easy reference on your part. When you've completed all the steps below, then you can submit the PDF form back to me.

2) Choose the color of the pen lanyard (2" x 6-1/2") you would like. These are all various types of heavy-duty vinyl material, or cork, that I custom sew.

3) Choose your bead combination color. I use mostly glass crystal beads mixed with acrylics or glass seed beads. This 1/2 and 1/2 combination creates a super blingy look with the crystal beads, while the acrylics/seed beeds keep the weight down. Faux pearls, and round turquoise beads are also available.

4) Choose any available numbered or wind tile (other than 1 Bam). 1 Bam, Flowers, and Dragons are +$5.00. Jokers are +$10.00. These are very popular tiles, and I haven't found a source for just these special tiles. I need to buy complete sets.....

5) Choose your personalized phrase on either side of the lanyard. This can be done in either square wood beads or white plastic, both with stamped black letters. Generally, a maximum of 12 letters per side is going to fit best. Many people put their first name on the left side and city on the right, but the possibilities are endless.

6) Snap a photo of your PDF Order Form with your cell phone and text it to me: 520-241-5518

After you choose your combination(s), I'll send you a mock up picture to help you visualize the end product.
